Old LEGO, the Tyrolean House from the Town series released in 1971. Since it's from the 70s, I think it can be classified as Showa retro and a classic item.
It's a beautiful set designed with red and white parts. Old-style doors, windows, and a TV antenna are used.
The garden tree is a substitute. Other than this, there are no missing or substituted parts. The condition of the parts is extremely good, and they are shiny, considering they are over 50 years old.
The original instruction manual is included.
